Strategy and delivery, under one roof.
We bring consulting, software and AI together — under one roof and inside one team. Across web, mobile, TV and voice. So the thinking and the building stay connected end to end.
Apps, platforms and integrations — built to ship
We are a software development consultancy with AI skills, specialising in middleware and automation — not a managed-services shop. We design and build the apps, platforms and integrations your team uses, from desktop and web to mobile, TV, voice and the servers behind them.
- Web apps & platforms
- Portals, dashboards, internal tools, public sites — modern stacks, built to run for years, not to demo.
- Mobile apps
- iOS and Android — native or cross-platform — chosen for the use case, not for the brochure.
- Desktop apps
- Windows and macOS, when a browser does not cut it — Electron, .NET, or native. Often the unsung surface where real operational software lives.
- Server, APIs & data
- .NET, Node, SQL, message queues. The backend layer that everything else hangs off — built to be the part that does not need maintaining.
- Middleware & integration
- Our speciality. The unglamorous glue between the systems you already run. Real-time data interchanges, secure document flows, event-driven hooks — built to survive years of upstream change.
- TV, voice & beyond
- Apple TV, Alexa, Google Home, anything with a screen or a speaker. Your product where your customers already are.
- AI features & automation in product
- Drafting, retrieval, classification, autonomous agents, scheduled automations — woven into the software your team uses, not bolted on as a chatbot.
Applied AI and automation — evaluated on results
We identify the work that genuinely benefits from AI or automation, build it into the systems you use today, and measure whether it is actually saving time or money. Guardrails, audit logs, and cost controls come as standard.
- Automation discovery
- Finding the candidates — repetitive, high-volume, rules-based, costly.
- Workflow orchestration
- End-to-end flows across email, documents, ERP, and line-of-business systems.
- Document AI
- Extracting structured data from invoices, forms, contracts, and email threads.
- Drafting & assistants
- Grounded AI assistants for client comms, internal search, and first drafts.
- Retrieval over your data
- Policies, contracts, knowledge bases — made accessible through a trusted interface.
- Evaluation & guardrails
- Quality metrics, red-teaming, usage monitoring, and the kill-switches for when things go sideways.
Understanding the operation before changing it
We start with the work: how it flows, where it stalls, who owns it, and what the data says. Recommendations follow from what we find — not from a template you have seen before.
- Operating model reviews
- Structure, roles, handoffs, and the metrics that should hold them together.
- Process discovery & mapping
- End-to-end flows in enough detail to re-design them, not just describe them.
- Technology strategy
- A realistic roadmap for the next 12–24 months — what to keep, replace, or build.
- Architecture reviews
- Take a look under the bonnet of your stack — what is holding you back, what is solid, what is worth replacing.
- Change & adoption
- Getting the new way of working used, not just installed.
- Tech leadership
- Fractional CTO or senior tech-lead cover — augment your team with senior engineering judgement when you need it, for a phase or longer.
Four flexible shapes for the work.
Most clients land on one of these four. Some move between them — a Discovery becomes a Project, a Project becomes a Retainer, a Retainer adds a Fractional CTO line. We try to make the model fit the work, not the other way round.
- 01 Project
Fixed scope, fixed fee.
Most projects run 4 to 12 weeks. We agree what we are building, what the milestones look like, and what it costs. You know what you are getting and when.
- 02 Retainer
A monthly block of time.
A predictable monthly allocation for ongoing software, AI or automation work. Good for teams who want a steady delivery partner without the overhead of project negotiations every few weeks.
- 03 Fractional CTO
Senior tech leadership cover.
We sit in your team's stand-ups, own the architecture, help recruit and ramp engineers, and stay close to the work. Fractional hours, full senior judgement.
- 04 Discovery
A paid scoping engagement.
1 to 2 weeks. We map the problem, size the work, and hand you a costed plan you own — whether or not we end up building it for you. The right way to start a bigger piece of work.
Things people ask before getting in touch.
- How quickly can we start?
- Most engagements kick off within 2 to 3 weeks of the initial conversation. A Discovery can start within a week if it is urgent.
- What size of work do you take on?
- Anywhere from a week of Discovery to a multi-quarter platform build. Small and medium teams are our usual fit — large enough to have real problems, small enough that the work lands.
- Can you work alongside our internal team?
- Yes — most of our engagements are mixed. We work with your developers, your product people, your operations team. We are not a black box; everything we build gets handed over with documentation.
- What if the project needs change mid-flight?
- Build, iterate, validate is the model. Each phase has a clear deliverable. If something needs to change, we agree it, repath, and keep going. No silent scope creep, no awkward conversations months in.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes, standard practice. We have our own version we are happy to share if you would prefer it, or we will sign yours.
Not sure which of these fits?
Most of our projects span more than one. Tell us what you are trying to do — we will suggest where to begin. No pre-engagement deck, no obligation.
