A London studio that solves problems and ships software.
We work with businesses across property, energy, legal, government and tech — from London, wherever you are. The work spans software, AI and automation. Some clients have been with us for years.
Sector-fluent. Platform-agnostic. Hands-on.
30+ years of hands-on software development across more sectors and platforms than most boutique studios — paired with a senior team that was shipping AI features into client systems long before they became the only thing anyone wanted to talk about.
Software, integration, AI.
Web platforms, native and cross-platform mobile apps, Windows and macOS desktop, server-side stacks (.NET, Node, SQL, message queues), TV channels and connected devices, voice surfaces — and the middleware and automation that ties them all together. Middleware is our speciality: the unglamorous glue between systems that has to keep working when everything else around it changes.
AI built into product — drafting, retrieval, classification, autonomous agents — not bolted on as a chatbot. Plus the discipline that makes the rest stick: architecture reviews, fractional CTO and tech-lead cover, and the operating-model thinking that means the new software gets used on day one.
Across the work that matters.
Property — agent tooling, portals, lettings automation, document handling. Government — internal platforms and data tooling for UK government bodies. Energy — secure bid platforms for UK nuclear site sales, operating tooling for London oil & gas. Utilities — field-ops systems for international operators in Oman.
Legal, music (full-stack delivery across web, mobile, TV channels and connected devices), tech — the cross-sector pattern recognition that comes from years of shipping into very different rooms is its own unfair advantage.
- 01
Small teams, close to the work
One or two senior people who understand the whole picture, not a pyramid of juniors reading back what you told them.
- 02
Start with what exists
Replacing a system is the most expensive move on the board. We try the alternatives first — integration, automation, a redesign that does not need new licences.
- 03
Small, shippable increments
Value every few weeks, reviewed against a measurable outcome. Big-bang programmes age badly; we work in steps you can see and stop.
- 04
Leave the lights on
Every deliverable comes with monitoring, documentation, and a real handover. If we left tomorrow, your team could keep it running.
- 05
AI where it earns its keep
We have shipped plenty, and we are just as happy to say "no AI needed here" if the numbers do not support it.
- 06
No vendor lock-in dressed as strategy
Tooling we recommend is tooling we would pick if we were paying. Where you are already committed to a stack, we work within it.
London-based. Working wherever you are.
Remote-first as a default. Comfortable across time zones, async-friendly, and on-site when the project genuinely needs it. We have shipped work for clients across the UK and internationally — including utilities operators in Oman and oil & gas operators in London.
Want to know if we are the right fit?
An honest 30-minute conversation is usually enough to tell — and we will say so either way.
